After purchasing an outdoor wall heater in December 24, we only installed it this week so 5 months after purchase.. Unfortunately the remote control wasn't working and so after a quick call to customer services, a very lovely chat with the gentleman, a replacement arrived the following day which works. No questions asked and extremely helpful. Now that's 100 % customer service and im a very very happy customer. The heater amazing also. Thank you 😊

Finally recieved my heater due to rubbish service from fedex, installed the heater to my outdoor area and was pleasantly surprised (just need to sort a better delivery service out).

Oredered and delivered the next day, easy to install and gives off just the right amount of heat. Very pleased!

Product arrived as expected before the day I needed it . Brilliant product and well worth the money. Admin staff were excellent at resolving minor problem but they we professional and efficient the whole way through. Definitely use this company again.

Really pleased with the heater - good quality and great value.

I've only tested it plugged into extion lead but so far it's good I need to get hard wired in as I bought 2 but for the hour or so I had it on it was very toasty the app that u can control it with is also good easy to install and easy to use now it's warmed up I probably won't get full use till end of summer but can't wait to test out probably as there was lots of heat from just 1 of them

Stylish design works well but would have prefered a longer electric cord its too short.

A very nice heater, yet to be tested outside.
Needed a little help on setting the heater up from Castle Heaters. Very efficient, sent me a video of one being set up in their workshop.
Job done in a few seconds.
Heater was delivered in prest pronto time.
